• New Blue is a national incubaror for police and community collaboration.

We partner forward-thinking police with community organizers

Officers and organizers become collaborative teams; we position them as equals while they explore local opportunities to build a better criminal justice system.

    We Incubate Their Ideas:

Our Fellows join a nine-month program to identify police practices that undermine community trust. They create solutions to these challenges and work with our research team to create data-driven systemic change.

We scale the most promising solutions

Fellows present their solutions to investors, partners, policymakers, and experts in the field. The best ideas receive funding, resources, and ongoing support.
